End-to-End Number Services

We manage telephone number provisioning and porting for organisations of all sizes, from single-site businesses that need a handful of DDIs through to enterprise clients managing thousands of numbers across multiple locations. Our number management service covers geographic numbers, non-geographic ranges (including 03, 08, and 09 prefixes), and international numbers sourced through our carrier partnerships. We handle the administrative and regulatory processes required for number porting, ensuring that transitions from existing providers are managed smoothly and without service interruption.

Beyond initial provisioning, we provide ongoing number lifecycle management. This includes maintaining accurate number inventories, managing number quarantine periods, handling regulatory returns to Ofcom, and ensuring that unused numbers are identified and either reallocated or returned. For clients with complex routing requirements, we configure number translation services that direct calls to the appropriate destination based on time of day, caller location, or business rules.
