Our Story
DigiTalker was established to bring together enterprise-grade voice technology and specialist BPO delivery under one roof. We work with businesses across the UK and internationally to improve how they handle customer voice interactions: whether that means running a fully managed contact centre programme, deploying AI voice agents, or implementing speech analytics across an existing operation.
Our mission is straightforward: to help organisations get more value from their customer voice channel. We believe that voice remains the most important channel for complex, sensitive, and high-value customer interactions, and that most organisations have significant room to improve how voice is managed, measured, and optimised. We exist to close that gap: with the operational capability to run programmes and the technology expertise to support them.
We are headquartered in London, with delivery capability that extends across the UK and internationally through our partner network. Our team brings together experienced contact centre operators, voice engineers, AI specialists, and compliance professionals. We operate in regulated industries including financial services, insurance, healthcare, and telecommunications, and we hold the accreditations that these sectors require.
